These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and landscaping services provided by Gijon Landscape ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our website, requesting a quote, or hiring us for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
We provide residential and commercial landscaping services including lawn care, mulching, sod installation, artificial grass installation, hardscaping, patio installation, garden bed refresh, cleanup, and related outdoor improvements. Specific scope, materials, and pricing for each project will be outlined in a written estimate or proposal.
Estimates are based on the information provided by the client and a site assessment. Unforeseen conditions (such as buried debris, irrigation issues, drainage problems, or rock) may require an adjustment to the price or scope, which we will communicate before performing additional work. Estimates are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
Service dates are confirmed in advance but may be adjusted due to weather, ground conditions, or events outside our control. We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule promptly. Recurring maintenance routes may shift by a day or two during periods of severe weather.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices for one-time projects are due upon completion. Larger projects may require a deposit before work begins and milestone payments throughout. Recurring maintenance is billed on a monthly or per-visit basis. Past due balances may accrue a late fee and may result in the suspension of services.
Living materials such as sod, plants, and trees depend heavily on aftercare. We will install materials according to industry standards, but we do not guarantee the survival of plants, sod, or seed once installed. Hardscape installations are guaranteed against workmanship defects for a period communicated in your project proposal. Manufacturer warranties on materials (such as artificial turf or pavers) pass through to the client.
Scheduled visits may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice without penalty. Cancellations within 48 hours of a scheduled visit may be billed at up to 50% of the visit cost to cover crew and routing costs. Deposits on custom materials are non-refundable once those materials have been ordered.
We carry general liability insurance and treat every property with care. If we cause damage to your property in the course of our work, please notify us within 7 days so we can inspect and arrange repair or replacement. We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, undisclosed private utilities, or items left in the work area.
We may photograph completed work for our portfolio, website, and marketing. Photos will not include personally identifying details or full addresses. If you prefer that we not photograph your project, please let us know in writing before work begins.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the services or this agreement is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
